We are expertise in the foundation design of residential houses for new and extensions and specialised concrete raft floor system.
Designs are carried out specifically for the house, foundation loads and geotechnical conditions on the site; sensitive soil etc. We are also a key consulting firm for foundation pipe bridging design. All foundation designs are provided with a producer statement (PS1) and a design memorandum (CODW). We often obtain necessary approvals from territorial authorities such as building consent approvals, workover approvals & EPA etc. Designs are typically completed within a week.
